This sightseeing bus is the most convenient in Hiroshima city.
You can hop on and off as many times as you like riding this cute red bus from
the Hiroshima Station (Shinkansen-guchi Entrance).
The duration of the tour is approximately 50 minutes, and exploring 11 major tourist spots: 3 museums,
Hiroshima Castle, Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Park, and center of the town.
This bus is convenient for the customers of transfer from the “Shinkansen”.

The bus stop is the No.2 of the bus rotary on the 1st floor of Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit.

1 The Peace Memorial Park

The Atomic Bomb Dome
As a symbol of the vow to pursue the abolition of nuclear weapons and enduring peace,the Atomic Bomb Dome was registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1996.

2 Hiroshima Castle

The castle was constructed in 1589, but destroyed in the atomic bombing. Reconstructed in 1958, the interior of the castle is now a museum focusing on samurai culture.

3 Shukkeien

agaakira Asano, Lord of Hiroshima Domain, created the garden in 1620 as part of his villa. The garden was designated as a place of scenic beauty in 1940.

4 Hiroshima Prefectural Art Museum

The museum houses more than 4,800 works of art. This collection has pieces relating to Hiroshima prefecture, Asia and the1920s-30s. The works of art on display change four times a year,

5 Hiroshima Museum of Art

The museum’s permanent exhibition has 90 works of modern art. These include paintings by Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Vincent Van Gogh, as well as modern and traditional Japanese style paintings. The museum alsoholds special exhibitions 5-6 times a year.

6 Hiroshima  City Museum of Contempo-rary Art

The museum was designed by the renowned architect Kisho Kurokawa and is situated in Hijiyama Park. In the museum grounds, there are works of modern art by artists such as Henry Moore. The museum houses a diverse collection of contemporary art from around the world.
